The Pavilions, Swords Pavilion
A major Shopping Centre designed and built in two phases with a two storey day-lit mall. The second phase created a retail ‘street’ linking the development to the ‘old’ town centre. The geometry and language throughout is bold, distinctive and innovative. The car park is extensively landscaped and designed to encourage tree growth and greening the environment.
