This is a large mixed use, development of residential (2,342 units), including Retail, Hotel, Offices and Community facilities and a School site. The development is structured by an overall plan, flexible enough to evolve and respond to market demands and legislation. This is a complex and dynamic project which addresses so many aspects of urban design. The project continues to change and develop through each phase of development with a varied and harmonious architectural language.

This is the largest project undertaken by OMS and spans almost two decades.
