Moygaddy, Co Meath
Development of a Masterplan for circa 98 Hectares of zoned lands adjacent to Maynooth, Co, Kildare. This is a complex project requiring the planning and development of infrastructure, negotiating with adjoining landowners, Meath and Kildare Count Councils and Irish Water. A successful planning application for a new 1.4 km road (Part 8) was granted in 2016. The development currently consists of proposals for 400 Residential Units, 20 Ha. of Science and Technology, Specialist Retail, Hotel and Leisure.
