Effra Terrace, Dublin
A new terrace of three houses forms a contemporary addition to a late Victorian street in the heart of Rathmines. While the form and massing of the design is reflective of that of its neighbours, the interpretation is wholly contemporary. The houses are designed to maximise space and light.
