Royal Liver
A large mixed use redevelopment of the existing Royal Liver Retail Park on the Naas Road(N7), a main artery to Dublin City Centre.
The proposed innovative development creates new urban squares encouraging permeability with a contemporary language and distinct architectural expression. The development also proposed a landmark tall building as a gateway marker to Dublin City.
