Blackrock Hospice and Apartments
Situated on the site of a former Carmelite Monastery, this development of 52 apartments helped fund the 3,000sq.m. Hospice. The apartments form a new edge to Frascati Road and a landscaped courtyard over a shared basement car park. The new Hospice integrates with the listed 18th Century house and Chapel from 1901to enclose a contemplative garden. The 12 south facing bedrooms look out onto the landscaped gardens and pool.
